Infinitas Learning is making a transition into full-cloud based ERP ecosystem. In that ecosystem Salesforce plays an essential role. It is used to support the business processes of Marketing, Sales and Customer Services, but also has a pivotal role in the Order to Cash system. We intend to create a complete 360 view on our customers. We work closely with our businesses as we move standard business processes supported by a generic platform. As Business Solution Manager Commercial you have a leading role in the change, support and further optimisation of this Commercial Ecosystem/Business Systems.


👩🏽‍💻 What you will be doing

As Business Solution Manager Commercial you are responsible for:

  • Management, support and change processes of the Commercial Ecosystem/Business Systems which Infinitas is using to support the business processes. Salesforce has a key role in this landscape, in which we are making use of SalesCloud, MarketingCloud and ServiceCloud, and also connected/additional systems.
  • Daily management and support of the Application Specialists Commercial in your team and their personal development. This team consists of 5 internal application specialists and currently 4 contractors.
  • You support and coach the process leads and the specialists in the team from an architectural point of view in your domain, making sure the business processes are supported end-to-end. Most important connected teams are the eCommerce team that supports our eCommerce portal and the Finance & Operations team that amongst others work on order to cash processes.
  • Further standardisation of the business processes in coordination with business, to create best-in-class processes in domains where this is needed.
  • Making sure that the team supports users with correct information and possibilities within the business system landscape.
  • Making sure that the team proactively monitors the business system landscape and advises business on the use of functionalities, through which business will be able to perform even better.
  • Work closely together with your colleagues in the Business Systems domain (Business Solutions Manager Finance & Operations, Senior Business Analyst and Enterprise Architect).

The Business Solution Manager has a leading role in the implementation of the Commercial Ecosystem/Business Systems, in which the Salesforce Cloud solutions play an important role. You support your team, so they can develop further. Together with the team you support our business, so they are able to support our customers. You will be part of an international working environment that is in transition. You are part of the Technology Operations team of Infinitas Learning Product & Technology and will report into the Director of Technology Operations.

Job requirements

📖 Who are you?

  • Completed BSc, preferably with strong experience in the Commercial domain, Management Information Systems, with a strong footprint in the Salesforce Cloud solutions.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, with proven experience as manager of a Business Systems team, within Marketing, Sales and/or Customer Services. Strong experience with Salesforce is an advantage, but your personal profile is of much greater importance to us.
  • Strong vision what building a Commercial Ecosystem, based on SaaS Business Systems, means. Strong experience with best-practice processes, and how to support this in a company that works on a European scale.
  • Soft skills: we work out of servant leadership to support your team, and also find customer focus, strong communicative and analytical skills and result driven on technology delivery of importance.
  • Fluent in English is a must.

  3. If there is a match from both sides we will invite you for a second call with Clifton, CTO and Eline. It is about Infinitas Learning as an organisation, our culture and how you would add to it. It is also an opportunity to talk about expectations from both our and your side and discuss employment terms. If successful, we will contact you to make an offer.
