ILPT Technology Operations

Job description

👩🏫 Who are we?

We at Infinitas Technology (the technology and product development arm of Infinitas Learning) are passionate about understanding and transforming the way people learn. We create educational solutions that touch the lives of everyone around us – both personally and professionally.

For everyone who discovers. For everyone who grows. For everyone who performs and challenges themselves. For your smallest dreams and your biggest ambitions. Learning will take you further. From your first day at school to the next step in your career. Infinitas is there for you and everyone who learns.

👩🏽What do you do?

As a junior application specialist Content Services and Support at Infinitas Technology you are managing the incident management process for issues reported by users (authors and content production staff) of the content creation chain.

As ‘process owner’ you make sure issues are swiftly handled in a way that conforms to the Infinitas incident management process. You make sure: the triage process is running smooth; incoming issues are assigned to the correct resolver groups and handled in time. You oversee the process and prevent any hiccups in this process. Users are proactively informed about issue status, progress and resolution.

Next to the work you are doing for the incident management process, you are assisting your colleague application specialists with providing services for the users such as advanced system configurations in the content creation systems.

✨ What level are we recruiting for?

We are looking for people from diverse backgrounds who can work together to help us build and maintain great products and services that make a real impact.
