👩🏽💻 What do you do?
The main focus of the LX consultant is training, guiding and instructing content creators to deliver their content efficiently and effectively to their end products from the start of their concept creation process up and to the start of content creation.
The tasks include:
- Validation of the didactical concept and instruction on the set-up of the content tool and content structure in line with the Infinitas unified content strategy.
- In case of missing functionality, the LX consultant is responsible for collecting the inputs from publishers and delivering this in time to product management to consider it for the roadmap.
The LX consultant is stakeholder of the delivered functionality and in that role:
- is point of contact for questions from content creators and the development team
- participates in demo sessions
- is responsible for advising senior team members on dependencies and facilitates discussions between product managers and content creators.

📖 Who are you?

- You have a keen interest in improving learning.
- You have experience with Content Management Systems and/or Content Creation Processes either as key user, content manager, application specialist or likewise.
- You are proactive and solution focused
- You find it fun and important to share your knowledge and learn from others.
- You are happy to work in a dynamic and agile environment, where we change direction as we learn more.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate in English.
- You have the ability to visualize and explain complex technical issues in a simple and non-tech way to various groups of Stakeholders within different publishers.

- The second call will be with Linda de Leeuw (Director of Learning Experience) and Eline Meijn, to have a quick conversation about both your expectations on ILPT as an employer and personal details.
- The four above will then discuss their interview notes and make a final decision.
