As a Manager Content Operations at Infinitas Technology you will contribute to and execute strategic initiatives in the domain of content operations, such as content quality improvement and migration of content. You will do this together with your team of project managers and content analysts, for which you will be their team lead. You will own and manage the content quality score card and migration and decommissioning roadmap, weighing all dependencies and interests of different stakeholders. In this role, you will be expected to use data to make informed decisions about content quality improvements and initiate projects that enhance the quality of content that is used by teachers and learners through our learning solutions. You work closely with colleagues within our department and across other business departments and OpCos, ensuring that any dependent activities are coordinated, and everyone is up to date with your roadmaps and execution along them. As a Manager Content Operations you will be part of the Leadership team of LX. You are expected to contribute to the strategy of the department and ensure you reach the goals that are set. This role is a leader within the content domain, and able to bridge the need of our customers by providing actionable insights and services to support their daily operations. Key activities are:
Be a compass in guarding the quality of content in our CMS. Collaborate with all stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth.

Build and maintain good relationships with key business stakeholders. Keep stakeholders and senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.
